Description: Routines for simple graphs and network analysis. It can
        handle large graphs very well and provides functions for
        generating random and regular graphs, graph visualization,
        centrality methods and much more.

        dependency published only on Bioconductor. The Bioconductor
        releases matching R 4.2 and R 4.3 (graph 3.16 / 3.18) are
        archived and return HTTP 404, which aborts pak dependency
        resolution on those jobs. The ?ignore-before-r pak parameter
        makes pak ignore graph on R older than 4.4.0, where a published
        release still exists.
